2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact form:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Company name
- Message content
- IP address (collected automatically by hCaptcha for fraud prevention)
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric, or government ID information).
3. Why We Collect It
- To respond to your business enquiry (legitimate interest / contract performance)
- To prevent spam and abuse via hCaptcha (legitimate interest)
- To comply with legal obligations in our operating jurisdictions
4. How Long We Keep It
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of last contact. After that period, data is permanently deleted unless an active business relationship requires longer retention.
5. Third Parties
- SendGrid (Twilio) — email delivery of enquiry notifications. Data: name, email, message.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines) — bot and spam prevention. Subject to hCaptcha's own Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics — website analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies). Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — request erasure of your data
- Withdraw consent — at any time where processing is based on consent
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
